Challenge: Managers at StorageCo, a storage unit rental company, have not been consistent in following company policy during the rent delinquency and foreclosure process. This compliance problem put the company at a higher risk of legal issues.

Solution: This is the first module of a compliance course on company policy to handle the steps leading up to auction in a professional and legal manner. The module includes a branching scenario to give employees the opportunity to apply the procedures that they have learned.
