Solution: This explainer video demonstrates briefly how Canva empowers corporate workers to easily create professional-looking designs, save time, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate efficiently.

Audience: Aspiring Learning and Development professionals

Challenge: Many Learning and Development professionals begin their careers in Education. But adults learn differently than children, so new L&D professionals need to shift their focus to strategies that work best for adult learners. 

Solution: This explainer video gives aspiring Learning and Development professionals an overview of andragogy as well as strategies to use when designing training for adult learners.

Challenge: Many people managers want to support their team members' development but struggle to coach effectively during 1:1 conversations. Without a clear structure, these conversations can become directive or unfocused, limiting opportunities for growth and problem-solving.

Solution: I designed a 5-minute microlearning course in Articulate Rise to introduce the GROW model, a practical coaching framework for 1:1 meetings. The course guides learners through each step of the model using a relatable workplace scenario, interactive elements such as flashcards, sorting, and multiple choice questions, and a branching conversation with a fictional employee. A downloadable coaching cheat sheet and final knowledge check help reinforce key concepts and support real-world application. This course is intended for use as a standalone resource or as part of a broader leadership development program.

Challenge: Employers and Human Resources departments need to be knowledgeable of their workers' rights and what accommodations they should provide.  

Solution: This interactive timeline offers an approachable way of familiarizing employers and staff with the legal rights of people with disabilities in the workplace.

Audience: Call Center Agents

Challenge: Call center agents at QuickConnect often possess basic communication skills but may struggle with high-stress conversations or handling customer objections effectively. This leads to lower customer satisfaction rates.

Solution: I designed a blended learning program for agents to develop techniques for empathetic listening, conversational control, and resolution strategies to improve customer satisfaction. This case study video Is part of the ILT portion of this training program.
